Your wedding reception invitations should match your theme. You have to think about your color themes as well. If you are going to have your big day in winter, you may not go for a design which is depicting a beach and sunshine.
Keep Invitations Light. The more people you invite, the large & larger the bill gets. Try to keep the wedding invitation list limited to closest friends and relatives and NOT everyone you’ve ever met.
Identify how many guests you want to invite – The wedding decorations and the entire wedding reception’s concept and theme will actually depend on the number of guests you wanted to invite. This will be your basis for the invitations, the reception area’s size, the giveaways, and of course the food and drinks. Consider whether you would like to invite only a chosen few and keep the wedding intimate and solemn or you plan to really go on an all out bash to celebrate your wedding day.
Dress Finding. Ask you’re mother, grandmother, or other female relatives if you could wear their wedding gown for your big important day. If the dress doesn’t match or fit you, it’s okay – as that is what good seamstresses are for.
If you are planning your wedding out of city or far from your residence then you must make sure the accommodation services ahead of time as well. Apart from accommodation, facilities such as catering, decoration, music and etc must also be considered before selecting wedding reception venue.
